- Over more than three decades, I have worked across the full spectrum of the water sector — including treatment, distribution, wastewater, groundwater, stormwater, and regulatory compliance.
- As Director of Engineering & Operations at Crescenta Valley Water District, I oversaw infrastructure planning, capital projects, and operational reliability, and the Eaton Fire After Action Report for CVWD.
My approach to water management is grounded in technical expertise, collaboration, and responsible stewardship. I believe in clear communication, thoughtful long-term planning, and ensuring that every investment delivers value to the community.
